A Certified Management Consultant (CMC) is obligated by law to comply with the CMC Uniform Code of Professional Conduct regarding standards of competence, objectivity and ethical practices established and enforced by the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Manitoba through authority of Provincial Statute Chapter 47 (CCSM).

This is a worldwide designation and is your mark of a higher level of management consulting.

I'm not sure you should until I have an opportunity to speak with you. With our first step I would like to determine if there is a fit to solve a specific performance improvement challenge.

If not me, I know other management consultants that I can recommend if you need something other than what I provide.

I think social media is great for connecting socially.  To me, social media is like going to a Manitoba social.  Everyone is milling about visiting and socializing.  If someone walked in with a megaphone and started yelling how great they were they would be tuned out. This happens when companies shout messages via social channels.

I am not convinced social media is a stand alone business driver. Too many social media activists talk channel before determining if they have something of value to talk about.  While some social media can be used effectively as a listening tool for customer feedback I have yet to see a social only success story.  

Social media can be part of an overall marketing plan that is created to effectively reach your customers.
